Maximize Your Photography Profits with Shutterstock: Sell Your Photos and Art Designs

A Shutterstock Contributor is an individual who sells their photography, illustrations, vectors, and footage on the Shutterstock platform. As a contributor, you can monetize your creative assets by licensing them to customers around the world, while retaining ownership of your work. With a vast user base and a global reach, Shutterstock offers contributors a unique opportunity to showcase their talents and earn money doing what they love.

The art board's size should be greater than 4 megapixels. Here we are creating our artboard with 2000×2000 pixels.

Vectors must be saved down to an EPS 8 or EPS 10 format to be submitted to Shutterstock

Shutterstock accept JPEG and TIFF files that are at least 4 megapixels (MP) in size.

The minimum payout amount is $25 and the maximum is $2000.

How to get approved on Shutterstock?

To be accepted into Shutterstock you need to first apply by submitting ten of your best photos. If seven out of ten are accepted then you are in. If not, then you need to wait a whole month before trying again.
